Jan leads Fin’s creative team and brings 18 years’ experience in leading design projects at some of London’s most prominent studios.
Prior to Fin he led the Vodafone global brand design team, created the identity for the Moscow Stock Exchange, and was responsible for the design surrounding the Olympic Tennis Event at London 2012. Jan holds a Diploma in Communication Design and an MA in European Media.
Christabell has a wide array of skills and works across a selection of multi-media platforms. Her experience ranges from social media management, adobe creative cloud, content creation, journalism, and digital marketing. She is the writer behind Fin’s blog features and is currently focused on developing Fin’s inbound marketing strategy. Christabell holds a combined honours degree in Journalism and Media from Coventry University.
Henri has experience across a broad range of design disciplines: brand identity, product design, packaging, digital and publications, but his core focus is in the design of printed collateral. Meticulous by nature with a sharp eye for detail, he has designed for many premier brands, from concept through to production. Henri holds a degree in Graphic Design from the Paris school of design Intuit Lab.
Vincent is a digitally-focused designer with a strong interest in coding and front-end development, a trait that allows him to handle whatever digital project comes his way. Combining agency and client-side experience he is able to deliver creative (and always functional) designs, efficient user experience (UX) and oversee practical implementation of our projects. Vincent holds a Masters degree in Multimedia Design and Production from the University of Bordeaux 3.
Justin founded Fin International in 1987 as a specialist brand and design agency for financial sector clients. He now leverages his extensive market knowledge with his experience and understanding of financial brands in helping our clients clarify their branding and marketing requirements. Justin is a regular contributor and speaker at the Financial Services Forum.
Margaret is the first person you’ll meet if you come into the Fin office. Her role is the sort of position no-one is quite able to define, but one we couldn’t live without. Today she is variously described as office manager, star player and front-of-house, however, Margaret once lived another life as as a 3D designer. After graduating from St Martins, long before CAD existed, she worked in the design and production of interiors and events of all sorts. If you need to know anything here, she’s the best place to start.
Dan has over 15 years of experience working with clients to develop and produce content, managing design and publishing ‘things’ for both online and real-world environments. Dan works across a variety of accounts at Fin with a particular focus on content and digital marketing. Originally from a publishing background, he has experience working in both agency and in-house environments, with large international organisations and smaller, niche companies.
Alan joined Fin in 1996 as Creative Director leading the creative team. His focus is now on brand and marketing strategy, leveraging his creative background and knowledge of financial services to ensure alignment between our clients’ business objectives, marketing strategy and creative execution. Alan has over 25 years’ experience in the marketing and communications industry and holds a Degree in Graphic Design from Canterbury College of Art.
Originally a designer, specialising in corporate identity, Marek has since crossed the divide into project and account management. With over 20 years’ experience managing design and production resources to provide brand communication solutions to multinational organisations. Marek combines a creative background with a disciplined approach to his business, ensuring smooth delivery and efficient use of the client’s budget. Marek holds a Degree in Graphic Design from Central St Martins.
Alex has over 10 years’ experience leading demanding digital projects and building digital strategies. He has experience in delivering web portals, mobile apps, and Software as Service (SaaS) platforms. His focus is now on creating outstanding digital solutions for our clients through smooth delivery and efficient use of budget. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (with French law), and is bilingual in French and English.
Originally a banker at Guinness Mahon, Ivo co-formed Fin Public Relations in 2007. Ivo’s client-side background brings a deep knowledge of the financial services sector from every angle. Previously a Director of Sarasin Investment Funds, he was responsible for the marketing and public relations of the London investment management subsidiary of Bank Sarasin in Switzerland. Prior to this, Ivo was a shareholder and Director of First Financial, a financial public relations and advertising company.
Anthony joined Fin in 2009. He spent five years as an IFA with Towry Law before becoming involved in marketing within a number of agencies focused on financial services including First Financial. He has planned and implemented the advertising and marketing strategies for Jupiter Asset Management, Neptune, BlackRock, SVM Asset Management, New Star, F&C, Bank Sarasin and Aegon. Anthony is FPC qualified and is a fellow of the Royal Geographical Society.
This picture may put a face to an already-familiar voice. Roy’s career spans 23 years in financial services, having joined Legal & General straight out of University. Roy now heads up our business development team. In his time, Roy has held director-level roles within the mortgage-packaging and claims-regulation sectors. Always keen to help clients, Roy loves a challenge, and reaching out to potential clients gives him just that.
Rob has been building websites for the last 10 years and has worked for a wide range of companies including PR, Advertising, Football clubs charities and more recently FS websites.
His commitment to detail is revealed in the faithful reproduction of the designs into a working website. Rob is responsible for all back-end development and specialises in HTML5, CSS3, JS, jQuery, Design, Development, WordPress, PHP.
