Justin founded Fin International in 1987 as a specialist brand and design agency for financial sector clients. He now leverages his extensive market knowledge with his experience and understanding of financial brands in helping our clients clarify their branding and marketing requirements. Justin is a regular contributor and speaker at the Financial Services Forum.
Alan joined Fin in 1996 as Creative Director leading the creative team. His focus is now on brand and marketing strategy, leveraging his creative background and knowledge of financial services to ensure alignment between our clients’ business objectives, marketing strategy and creative execution. Alan has over 25 years’ experience in the marketing and communications industry and holds a Degree in Graphic Design from Canterbury College of Art.
Marek joined Fin in 2011 as Account Director. Having began his career as a designer specialising in corporate identity, in 2007 he switched to the project and account management of print and online reporting for FTSE 100 clients, before entering his current role. Marek has over 20 years’ experience managing design and production resources to provide brand communication solutions to multinational organisations, ranging from automotive and retail to management consultancy and asset management. Marek combines his knowledge and experience of the creative industry with a disciplined business approach to ensure a smooth delivery and efficient use of the client's budget. He is equally versed in both on-and-offline media and manages several of Fin's advertising, branding and reporting accounts. Marek holds a Degree in Graphic Design from Central St Martins.
Alex has over 10 years of experience leading demanding digital projects and building digital strategies. He has experience in delivering web-portals, mobile apps, and SaaS platforms. His focus is now on creating outstanding digital solutions for our clients through smooth delivery and efficient use of budget. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (with French law), and is bilingual in French and English.
Originally from a publishing background Dan has over ten years experience managing design and production resources, for on-andoff-line media. Dan has worked within both agency and in-house environments and works across a variety of accounts at Fin with a particular focus on digital development.
Danielle has experience across a broad range of design disciplines: brand identity, product design, design for packaging, digital and publications, but her core focus is in the design of printed collateral. Meticulous by nature with a sharp eye for detail, she worked for several years in London designing for premier brands, from concept through to production. Danielle holds a degree in Typography/Graphic Design from the London College of Communication.
Tommaso has worked in Milan and London over a diverse range of projects across digital, product, and print design alike. He is an all-rounded creative and his areas of expertise include user experience, user interface, branding and sound design. He enjoys applying his efforts and skills to make things that are helpful and meaningful. Tommaso holds a Degree in Communication Design from Politecnico of Milan and a Masters Degree in Graphic Branding and Identity from London College of Communication.
Originally a banker at Guinness Mahon, Ivo co-formed Fin Public Relations in 2007. Ivo’s client-side background brings a deep knowledge of the financial services sector from every angle. Previously a Director of Sarasin Investment Funds, he was responsible for the marketing and public relations of the London investment management subsidiary of Bank Sarasin in Switzerland. Prior to this, Ivo was a shareholder and Director of First Financial, a financial public relations and advertising company.
Anthony joined Fin in 2009. He spent five years as an IFA with Towry Law before becoming involved in marketing within a number of agencies focused on financial services including First Financial. He has planned and implemented the advertising and marketing strategies for Jupiter Asset Management, Neptune, BlackRock, SVM Asset Management, New Star, F&C, Bank Sarasin and Aegon. Anthony is FPC qualified and is a fellow of the Royal Geographical Society.
John has performed a variety of marketing, sales and general management roles at national, regional and global level over the last 25 years. After nine years at Mars running a cross-section of brands based in the UK and Germany, John moved to the financial sector and to leadership positions at JP Morgan/Flemings, Axa and Deutsche Bank. A period of consultancy followed, centered largely on enhancing B2B marketing capability at Vodafone worldwide. Most recently John was Global CMO for General Insurance at Zurich Insurance Group based in Switzerland.
Paul Girardot started his career as an Art Director at J Walter Thompson where he spent six years working across agencies accounts. He then worked within other well known advertising agencies such as Doyle Dane Bernbach and the Lowe Howard-Spink group. He has worked for many famous financial brands that include names such as Jupiter, AXA, F&C, New Star Asset Management, Henderson Global Investors, Aegon, SVM Asset Management, Neptune, BlackRock and Barings. Paul has won awards at D&AD, Cannes and London Television.
